You'll be gently welcomed into a safe, loving container as Michelle Crozier guides you to tone your own voice through the chakra mantras, awakening and harmonising your energy from root to crown. No experience needed - just your breath, your voice and your willingness to explore.
From there, you'll be invited to fully surrender.
Rest back into deep meditation as Lizi Sage's Gong opens powerful sound portals, interwoven with Michelle's ethereal vocal overtures. Waves of vibration will move through your body, quieting the mind, softening the nervous system and allowing your energy to re-calibrate naturally.
